If you are experiences issues with leads that aren't showing up in ProLeads it usually means that the browser plugin (extension) isn't connected to the server.
This can arise for different reasons. To reconnect the plugin there are a few different solutions.
Reload dashboard. Go to https://my.proleads.io/dashboard and reload this page.
If that doesn't work, go to the Chrome extensions page: chrome://extensions
Once you are inside the background page, click on the "network tab" then you need refresh the page (if using mac; "cmd"+r, if using PC; "ctrl"+r). This will reconnect the plugin to the server.
