Overdue opportunities

Sometimes an opportunity slips your mind and goes overdue. Your first step should be to schedule a next step - or simply mark it as closed lost. This card helps you to take care of and plan your next steps on your overdue opportunities.

What it shows

This card shows you opportunities that you're the owner of, that passed their due date.

How to use it

Click within this field to see more details about an opportunity.

Once it's unfolded, you're able to make a quick action such as postpone the close date or change the stage of the opportunity.


Use the buttons in the bottom to schedule a future activity. In this example, we're adding a future task for the opportunity.

If you click "Show more" (just above the buttons) you'll get to a more detailed view of the opportunity. Here, you're able to see if you have future activities planned, you're able to plan a next step and also unfold the activity feed to see what happened in the past. 

What you can change

Edit Field Layout

Change what Salesforce fields that are visible and editable on this card by going to the Edit Field Layout mode.

Reorder the fields with the handles. Add fields by searching for them in the search box. Delete fields by clicking the trash can. Observe - all these changes on the card, by editing the field layout nothing is changed in Salesforce.


Deactivate or activate the card on the switch to the right. Deactivated cards are found under “Show more cards…” by the bottom of the Options page.
